59 Sets of Equipment by XCMG Sent to Venezuela

        10AM, April 24^th, a batch of XCMG equipments ordered from China Railway Group Limited for a railway construction project in Venezuela were loaded at the High-Tech Zone port No. 1 in Tianjin. It is reported that, in total, 59 sets of XCMG-produced equipment were transported by ferry; including 21 Road Rollers, 26 loaders and 12 motor Graders. The arrival of the equipment for this railway project will set a solid foundation for more and deeper cooperation in the future.
        On July 2009, China Railway Group Limited signed a general contract for railway construction, the largest of its kind globally, in Venezuela, with a total value of 7.5 billion US dollars. The successful bid by XCMG includes 113 sets of four major products: Road Rollers, motor Graders, loaders and cranes. This is XCMG’s largest international construction machinery order since its entry into the market. The successful cooperation between XCMG and China Railway Group Limited not only show XCMG’s dominance in the field of construction machinery in China, but also the competitiveness of benefits gained through cooperation, and participation in the internationalization of corporations.
        On one hand, the successful bid of XCMG can be attributed to its high-quality product chain and competitiveness. On the other, it is a triumph for joined advantages, efficient allocation of resources, and mutual development of machinery and construction enterprises. This is only partly due to the high demand for construction machinery and overseas engineers with a rich working experience.
