Conclusion of change in the number of shares and votes in Atlas Copco AB

The change is a result of the share split resolved by the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2022, whereby each share was divided into four (4) ordinary shares and one (1) redemption share, which is now concluded.

Following the redemption, there are 3,357,576,384 series A shares and 1,560,876,032 series B shares in the company.

Redemption shares resulting from the share split were traded on Nasdaq Stockholm between May 18, 2022, and up to and including June 1, 2022, and then under the resolution by the annual general meeting automatically redeemed by the Company for SEK 8 per share.

Payment of the redemption amount was done June 14, 2022. 

The number of shares and votes in Atlas Copco AB is now 4,918,452,416 shares and 3,513,663,987.20 votes.
