I can still recall the scene when I just came to the company in 2010. When I first joined the company, I was an assembly worker working on the assembly line. It was the peak of the industry at that time and also an important period for the company's development. In order to better complete the production tasks assigned by the company, every soldier fighting in the production line is not afraid of difficulties, sweat hard, work overtime and ensure the quality and quantity of the company to complete the production tasks. Their fighting spirit makes me admire from the bottom of my heart. Working with such a group of people makes me firmly believe that there is nothing wrong with choosing this career and mountain reconstruction machine, and I believe that our career will be successful.
2019 is a turning point for my work. I started my new job from the production line to the market line. This year, the company issued the mobilization order of the front line abroad, calling on us to go to the front line, which was an opportunity to train ourselves and create a wonderful life. I also actively signed up and successfully entered the credit management office in xinjiang.
Coming to the new department and new post, I learned more business knowledge of the company. It has been half a year since I entered the market. I have visited most of the purchasing customers in xinjiang and signed purchasing contracts with different customers. To see the recognition and appreciation of customers for the mountain Excavator, the harvest is more or pride and sense of achievement. But we still can't be proud, more serious challenges are waiting for us, the market and production frontline soldiers need to work together to do our Excavator business.
The year 2020 has arrived, and the company has set a production and sales target of 10,000 units. As a front-line marketing personnel, I will closely focus on the company's goals, constantly improve the level of business, learn and master product knowledge, and make every effort to contribute to the realization of the company's 10,000 units plan. It is an exercise for me to choose the overseas front line, as well as an opportunity to have an in-depth understanding of the excavator product market and improve my business ability comprehensively.
