(“Komatsu”) hereby announces that, in relation to the issuance of new shares as restricted stock compensation, which was resolved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 11, 2018, U.S. time (July 12, 2018 Japan time), the procedure for payment was completed today, as below.
