Zoomlion and CEG Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On June 6,Zoomlionand Guangdong Center Enterprises Group (CEG) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the sales and leasing of engineering machinery and equipment in Changsha, Hunan. The two powerful parties will bring into full play their respective advantages to build a top-ranking platform with high-quality resources for sales and leasing of engineering machinery and equipment rapidly. Zoomlion Chairman Zhan Chunxin and CEG Chairman Zhang Junfan attended and witnessed this important moment. Also present at the signing ceremony were senior executives of Zoomlion including Zhang Jianguo, Xiong Yanming, Sun Changjun and Liu Jie as well as members of the environmental protection industry management team of CEG.

“Through ‘cross-border’ development, Zoomlion has been transformed into a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise with integrated businesses of construction machinery, environmental industry, agricultural machinery and financial services and so on. Its management quality and risk-resisting ability are being improved continuously,” Chairman Zhan Chunxin said, “Zoomlion and CEG ever enjoyed good communication and cooperation (Zoomlion and Zhongke Huabao, an environmental protection enterprise under CEG, signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in the field of environmental industry in 2015). The two sides have established very fruitful cooperative  relations with a high degree of mutual trust, laying a foundation for further deepening the cooperation. I believe that through absolutely sincere and close cooperation, the two sides can achieve mutual supplementation of advantageous resources and have broad development prospects. 

 Chairman Zhang Junfan expressed thanks to Chairman Zhan Chunxin. He said, “With nearly two decades of accumulations in the real estate industry, CEG has established a good partnership with Vanke, Wanda, CITIC and other large real estate companies, which will help Zoomlion cooperate with real estate and construction companies. The two sides have begun to gradually implement the contents negotiated initially. The future development is promising.”

  According to this strategic cooperation agreement, CEG will make use of its own superior resources in the real estate industry to promote Zoomlion to form strategic cooperation with high-quality housing enterprises and construction enterprises. The two sides plan to establish a joint venture – Hunan Zoomlion Huabao Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. In the bilateral negotiations on the building of a top-ranking platform for leasing and sales of all construction machinery and equipment of Zoomlion in the country, the two sides also expressed expectations on further in-depth cooperation in environmental protection and financial services.
