Zoomlion and Exxon Mobil Sign Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation to Boost Engineering Construction

On June 6, Liu Jie, vice president of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Songbin, General Manager of Exxon Mobil (China) Investment Co., Ltd., signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in Changsha, Hunan, making the two companies formal strategic partners.

As agreed upon, Exxon Mobil will provide comprehensive lubricant solutions for Zoomlion as well as global lubricants and technical services for its development and manufacturing of construction machinery. At the same time, the both sides will also carry out all-round close cooperation in selection of lubricants, technical exchanges, after-sales service market and joint brand promotion, jointly promote the safe, environment-friendly and efficient development of construction machinery industry and boost the smooth engineering construction.
