Shantui Customer Appreciation Dinner Held in Brunei

On May 22, in the banquet hall of the Empire Hotel in Brunei, the Shantui Customer Appreciation Dinner was held. Hosted by Build Mix Trading, Shantui's exclusive dealer in Brunei, more than 200 customers and media representatives were treated to dinner and festivities in recognition of Shantui's two and a half years of business with Build Mix Trading. The event was also attended by Shantui Chairman Mr. Owen Zhang, General Manager Mr. Wang Fei, and Vice General Manager Mr. Chad Cheng.

Mr. Zhang thanked the customers present for their support of Shantui, and recognized the efforts of Shantui's dealers in developing the regional market: "On behalf of Shantui, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to every one of you, and to those who could not make it tonight. I want to express my gratitude for the invaluable contributions you have made, and for your support of Shantui over these two and half years." He also stressed the need to improve Shantui product quality, innovate services, and create additional value for the customers: "Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In the future, Shantui will put more and more effort into working with Build Mix Trading so as to provide better after-sales service, spare parts availability, and training to more mechanics."

Later in the evening, awards were given to dealers for outstanding leadership, and outstanding conduct awards were distributed to service personnel for exemplary training performance. After the awards, Mr. Zhang made a donation to the local charity organization PEAM on behalf of Shantui. PEAM assists local orphans and disabled children with schooling by providing supplies and tuition fees.
