Zoomlion’s Dry-type Building-like Machine-made Sand Production Line with Largest Capacity Delivered in Shaanxi

Recently, Zoomlion’s new generation of large-scale dry-type building-like machine-made sand production line - ZSL150B (hereinafter referred to as ZSL150B sand-making building) was tried, checked and delivered smoothly in Zhashui County of Shaanxi Province, China. This production line boasts a handling capacity of 150 tons per hour, with the largest capacity in the Chinese market at present. 

The study group of the machine-made sand project, based on the basic research results achieved in recent two years, made major innovations in 16 aspects including sand making technology, dust abatement, selection by winnowing, wet mix and maintainability, making the product have excellent performance and prominent features. Meanwhile, the ZSL150B sand-making building’s screening and sizing technologies were rated by experts as internationally advanced ones at the appraising meeting organized by China Machinery Industry Federation. 

“Our product boasts high sand production rate and strong adaptability. The ZSL150B sand-making building initiated the technology of making sand at both high and low speeds, increasing the capacity by over 20% from that of previous products. Moreover, it adopts the wholly sealed exterior, the first in the industry, able to work in spite of rain or snow. Covering a small area, it has low sensitivity for space, thus subject to small restrictions by the field. The product’s regional adaptability is very strong.”                

The operation of ZSL150B sand-making building is environmentally friendly and simple with low noise and dust emission, higher than the industry requirements and minimizing the damage to the environment. 

Shortly after it was launched in January 2016, a company of Shaanxi purchased it to process the iron ore tailings and produce high-quality machine-made sand, with a view to achieving green production. 

With regard to after-sales service, in order to enable the customer to skillfully use the equipment, Zoomlion team provided trainings on the daily maintenance of the sand-making machine for the driver when testing the machine on the spot. The driver was also taught to maintain the main machines such as sand-making machine and grading machine.
