Factors causing high engine temperature

1.Water tank cover、The engine cylinder head is damaged

Troubleshooting skills

1. When the engine is hot，First, confirm the authenticity，Confirm the actual temperature of the coolant；

2. If false high temperature：Check the continuity of the water temperature sensor and the harness from the water temperature sensor to the engine controller.；

3. If it's really hot：Check from easy to difficult，Water tank cover→Coolant capacity、Quality→Exhaust pipe→Oil capacity、Quality→Fuel quality→Belt wear、Tightness→Inside and outside the radiator→Water pump→Thermostat；

Precautions

1.When servicing the radiator，Synchronously check whether the sponge falls off；

2.Verify fan blade to radiator clearance 10-15mm；

3.Use special coolant for Lovol，Do not mix or change the proportion of coolant.；

4.View the fan status，Leakage of water tank，Lack of coolant；

5.Clean the heat sink regularly，Maintain fan belt tension；

6.Check hood and side door sponges regularly for missing，The cabin is poorly sealed，The cooling air volume is insufficient，It can also cause high temperatures.；
