A fruitful partnership
The relationship between Coates Hire and Haulotte began to expand in 2018 with an order for 400 machines across Coates Hire national locations and is now a major relationship that continues to grow.
Keith Clarke, Haulotte Australia General Manager, explains how the relationship between the two companies continues to flourish even in the hard times.
«Seeing this relationship develop over the last few years has been very rewarding, what started as an initial order, has now grown to include a majority of our machines for Coates Hire to distribute amongst their different locations»
The machine mix for these orders is varied and includes the highly popular Optimum 8 scissor lifts, rough terrain scissors, as well as both telescopic and articulating booms from 16 to 43 metres.
«They have witnessed firsthand the innovations and safety benefits that Haulotte machines have to offer and have now grown their fleet to include over 1000 Haulotte machines. Together we work on service and support for the hire industry across Australia»
adds Mr Clarke.
Like every company, 2020 has been drastically impacted by the COVID pandemic, and Coates Hire is no exemption. They have taken great effort to support the construction industry throughout this time and believe that adding the latest machines to their fleet is critical to continued support and recovery of the industry.
«At Coates Hire, the safety of our customers is critical in the decision-making process of our equipment. When we look at purchasing equipment, it always comes back to the Coates Hire vision statement, to ensure we consider Safe, Smart, and Sustainable Equipment Solutions, and Haulotte equipment ticks these boxes for us on some products»
said Dan Goodfellow, Group Manager for products at Coates Hire.
