The state supports family farms, farmers' cooperatives, supply and marketing cooperatives, postal express enterprises and leading enterprises in industrialization in building facilities for sorting and packaging of producing areas, refrigeration and preservation, storage and transportation, and primary processing, etc. Electricity prices for agricultural production shall be set for electricity consumption for preservation and storage facilities built in rural areas.
