SDLG Won Several Awards, Including China Machine Building Quality Award

On December 22, 2015, the second expanded session of the Seventh Council of China Machine Building Quality Management Association was held in Beijing, at which some organizations and individuals were commended and awarded for their results in 2015. SDLG won “China Machine Building Quality Award” and the title of “Outstanding Benefit-Oriented Company of China Machine Building Quality”; SDLG Chairman Wang Zhizhong was awarded with the title of “Outstanding Quality Person of China Machine Building”. On behalf of SDLG, General Manager Wen Degang delivered a special speech about the innovation and practice of SDLG’s new management mode, namely “Participation of the Entire Personnel, Management and Technological Innovation, and Combination of Management, Technicians, and Production Personnel”, at the session.

As the highest machine building quality award approved by the State Council, China Machine Building Quality Award is organized by China Machine Building Quality Management Association annually, with review and award conducted according to Criteria for Performance Excellence. It is the greatest glory for domestic machinery companies that implement performance excellence model and achieve remarkable results in quality, economy, and social benefits. Since 2006, SDLG has adopted performance excellence model and made a lot of fruitful efforts in product research and development, quality and production operation, channel construction, service improvement, brand culture development etc., with product quality, management, and core competitiveness constantly enhanced and several leading indicators of the industry. During the implementation, SDLG drew out a new management mode, namely “Participation of the Entire Personnel, Management and Technological Innovation, and Combination of Management, Technicians, and Production Personnel”, which has been recognized an praised by Party and state leaders and the association’s leadership. In 2014, SDLG succeeded in applying for and obtaining Shandong Governor Quality Award. Based on that, in 2015, SDLF launched its application for China Quality Award and China Machine Building Quality Award. Thanks to attention paid by and support from SDLG’s leadership and joint efforts of all departments concerned, SDLG won China Quality Award and China Machine Building Quality Award. Winning China Machine Building Quality Award reflects the comprehensive strength of SDLG and the industrial association’s full recognition in the excellent performance of the SDLG, which marks a milestone on SDLG’s efforts in promoting performance excellence model. In order to achieve the Company’s strategical targets and long-term development and make contributions to the development of Chinese manufacturing industry, the entire personnel of SDLG will continue to adhere to the development concept of “first priority of efficiency and leading technologies”, and constantly pursue excellence, quality and efficiency improvement.
