SD42-3 Passes Final Assessment, To Be Featured At Bauma

On November 12th the SD42-3 Bulldozer underwent its final testing and inspection. The assessment was administered by the Road Machinery Division of Shantui's Research and Development Department, and attended by representatives of Shantui's management. The SD42-3 was tested for ease of use, operator comfort, and functionality of the control system. As part of Shantui's quality control, the SD42-3 was inspected for exposed fasteners, assembly gaps, and welding quality. Aesthetically, the machine was evaluated for smoothness of paint application, eye-catching color scheme, and visually pleasing design.

Having passed its final examination, the SD42-3 began rolling off the assembly line on November 14th,and will be featured as part of Shantui's exhibit at Bauma China in Shanghai. The product of years of innovation, the SD42-3 is one of the most technologically advanced Shantui Bulldozers to date. Chief among those innovations is a modular design that allows for easy repair, lowering maintenance costs for the customer.
