FOTON LOVOL delivers a single batch of over 100 units of loaders

FOTON LOVOL and Champion Industrial Development Co., Ltd, Guangzhou signed their strategic cooperation agreement on May, 15 and FOTON LOVOL delivered over 100 units of loaders to Champion Co., LTD, setting a record in FOTON LOVOL's single domestic order of loaders.

FOTON LOVOL's loader business is run under the strategy focusing on content improvement, structure adjustment and globalization. Through constant innovation and experimentation, FOTON loaders have established a large range of products categorized into four series with nine models and over 100 products, all upgraded versions of its original products, satisfying various demands of our customers.

The upgraded versions of FOTON loaders are equipped with dozens of technical upgrades compared to its loaders produced in 2009 and they are enhanced in reliability, efficiency and convenience. Based on the market research, FOTON LOVOL targeted the upgrading focus at the structural parts including the front and rear frame and the boom bucket which received over 20 enhancements. New hydraulic system technology is adopted, including double sealing, the whole forging joints and argon welding. The suction pipes are enlarged to provide an effective solution to the commonly complained hydraulic oil leakage problem and to protect the pumps for longer service life. Dust covers are added on the multi-ways valve’s flexible shaft installation to effectively prevent the stuck valves and to enhance the performance of hydraulic systems.

In face of the prosperous market, FOTON LOVOL has enhanced the competitiveness of its loaders in market by means of making a deep understanding of the market and standing close to customer needs and taking advantage of the flexible financial strategies. During the first season this year, the sales of FOTON loaders have blossomed into prosperit, up by 5.7%.
