ACE Group BAP120+RAP60 Virgin & Recycled Integrated Asphalt Plant Successfully Put into Trial Production in Central Asia Project

Rooted in the Central Asian market along the Silk Road, the Asian Construction Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as ACE Group) BAP120+RAP60 virgin-recycled integrated Asphalt Mixing Plant has successfully completed complete machine installation and joint commissioning, and officially launched trial production.

The BAP120+RAP60 system deployed in Central Asia integrates virgin asphalt mixing and reclaimed asphalt pavement recycling. It enables efficient recovery of milled road materials, greatly cutting raw material consumption and aligning with the local demand for low-carbon infrastructure.

During trial operation, the massive plant runs smoothly, continuously producing high-quality asphalt mixtures with all performance indicators meeting standards, winning high recognition from the on-site construction team. As an advanced green road-building solution, the unit significantly boosts reclaimed material utilization and reduces operational costs, precisely addressing the local market's need for low-carbon, high-efficiency construction equipment.

Since the equipment arrived on site, ACE's overseas technical service team has provided full on-site support. Working alongside local crews, the team completed equipment hoisting, pipeline connection, electrical linkage and all other procedures, overcoming various challenges of overseas installation to ensure on-time project delivery.
