 8 to 10 hours 

Engine oil、Hydraulic oil：Every 8 to 10 hours，Check the engine oil once、Hydraulic oil，Add as needed，But don't overfill it.。

Engine air filter：Check for flashing service lights on the display panel，And replace the filter when the service code is present。 

Engine cooling system：When the machine is cold，Check coolant level and add premixed coolant as required。Clean oil cooler in time.、Radiator、Fuel cooler、Sundries on A/C condenser and rear grille。

Fuel filter：Clean water from the water separator bowl every 8 to 10 hours。

Lift arm、Lift the linkage、Cylinder、Bob-Tach System、Pivot pin、Wedge：Lubricate with proper grease as required。

 50 hours 

Inspect hydraulic hoses and lines for damage or leaks every 50 hours。Check the parking brake、Pedal、Do the manual controls and steering levers or levers function properly，If there is any fault, deal with it in time.。

First 50 hours of machine operation，Change oil and oil filter element。

 100 hours 

Check battery cables and connections every 100 hours，Clean and tighten as required。If your machine is not used often，It is recommended to start the engine once a week for charging.。

 250 hours 

Every 12 months under standard operating conditions/250 hours（Whichever comes first）Change engine oil and filter once。Special note，Replace every 100 hours of operation under severe conditions。

Engine/Hydrostatic drive belt：Adjust the belt tensioner，Check for wear or damage，Debug or replace as needed。

500 hours 

Every 12 months or every 500 hours（Whichever comes first）Replace the fuel filter element。

 1000 hours 

Engine Valve：Adjust the engine valves every 1000 hours。

Hydraulic oil filter element：Replace the hydraulic oil filter element every 1000 hours。

Hydraulic oil：Completely replace the hydraulic oil every 1000 hours.。

2 years

Change the coolant every 2 years。
