Atlas Copco completes acquisition of European distributor of vacuum equipment and service solutions

Ehrler & Beck is based in Renningen, Germany and has 15 employees. The company’s sales and service network is active in Germany and neighboring countries.

The purchase price is not material relative to Atlas Copco’s market capitalization and is not disclosed.

The acquired business will operationally become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
