CONEXPO-CON/AGG will be held as scheduled

Dear exhibitors:

Conexpo-con /AGG and IFPE are only 10 days away!

With the new coronavirus pneumonia, the health of exhibitors, visitors and other fair participants is critical. The measures and preparations we have taken are described below.

Now, many exhibitors have come to the exhibition site to arrange the exhibition. We hope that the attendants can ensure the following :

The details are as follows:

1. Our primary concern is the health and safety of all participants, including visitors, exhibitors, service providers, staff and industry partners

2. We will hold a safe and successful conexpo-con /AGG & in Las Vegas as scheduled (March 10-14); IFPE.

We have contacted the southern Nevada health district and they have confirmed to us that there are currently no confirmed new cases of coronary pneumonia in this area. In addition, all Las Vegas airport exits are equipped with thermostats.

For spectators, visitors from the hardest-hit countries have cancelled their trips due to us travel restrictions. According to the pre-registration data, the exhibition will still exceed the 130,000 visitors in 2017.

We have no major exhibitors to cancel the booth. Most large-area exhibitors have been on site for weeks. All the exhibitors will enter the exhibition hall as scheduled according to the construction date of the organizing committee. We also expect that all the exhibitors will be ready to welcome visitors from all over the world before the exhibition starts on March 10th. Cancellations were limited to companies in China that do not have a U.S. branch.

Finally, we advise people who are sick not to go to the exhibition. Our organizing committee will also provide timely and professional measures to deal with the new coronary pneumonia.

We believe that with our joint efforts, we will be able to safely and successfully hold another exhibition. This exhibition will focus on the health and safety of all participants, including visitors, exhibitors, service providers, staff and industry partners.
