The other part did not start work mainly because some areas due to the severe epidemic situation, enterprises do not have the conditions to start work. Such industries as petroleum and petrochemical, communications, power grid, transportation and other industries have been operating at rates of more than 95 percent, and some have reached 100 percent. What I want to emphasize here is that many enterprises have been operating normally during the Spring Festival and in the fight against the epidemic. Their production and operation have never been interrupted, which has played an important role in the prevention and control of the epidemic and the stability of the economy.

The epidemic did have an impact on production and management, but the impact on individual industries was relatively large. But as the disease subsides and eventually dies down, demand in these industries is bound to rebound and gradually return to normal.
