1000 ℃ Melted Iron that SANY Excavator Daily Handles

Recently, by dealing with 1000 ℃ melted Iron, the SANY SY75C Excavator working in a Steel Plant became an overnight hit. Mr. Liu, the owner of this Excavator, emphasized that not every Excavator could endure this daunting task, but SANY excavator impressed him deeply.

In 2012, this SY75C started its career in Tangshan Steel Plant, China. Up to now, it has worked for more than 10000 hours, 90% of the working time was spent around a broiling blast furnace.

Under 1000 ℃ temperature, the Iron changes into liquid and flows into the ladle under the blast furnace. The most important daily routine of this SY75C is preventing the melted Iron from solidification. When the high-strength steel mechanical arm of the excavator stirring and scooping in the melted Iron, the sparks splash everywhere.

The environment temperature reaches to as high as 80 ℃ even 3 meters away from the blast furnace. The whole excavator is more like being baked on the fire. However, the SY75C needs to work around the clock from time to time. “The longest working duration continued for 5 days and 6 nights, but no failures occurred at all. The efficiency and high quality of SY75C is second to none.” Mr. Liu stressed.

Including this heroic SY75C, Mr. Liu also has a SY65C with service time exceed 10,000 hours. He joked, "My life is saved by the air conditioner of SY75C in such blazing temperature.”

Besides, there is also a SY245H excavator that handles coal in Indonesia's Delong Power Plant. With thousands of tons of burning coal, SANY SY245H directly works on the fire.
