SANY continues to provide customer oriented service worldwide

With the theme is “Let time witness the value”, SANY first Customer Festival was held on May 20 in SANY Excavator factory, Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. SANY Heavy Machinery took this opportunity to express our gratitude and announced the determination of continuing to offer high-quality products and service to customer worldwide. 

Service is always SANY’s core competitiveness. Thus, in 2009, SANY organized the first “Travel thousands of miles to offer service” ceremony. Ten years passed, SANY Heavy Machinery remains true to their original aspiration, keeps service firmly in mind and dedicates to creating the ultimate service experience for our customers. Just as what they explained to service: “We should hold paranoid attitude, exhaust all means, to make incomparable service.”

SANY Heavy Machinery general manager of marketing company Mr. Yuan Yue stated at the festival that 217,363 units of Excavators have been sold to overseas market so far, 11,317 units of Excavators’ working hours have exceeded 10,000 hours. Besides, the longest service time has reached 40,688 hours with 17 years working experience. And this Excavator still functions very well with break hammer. In 2019, by the end of April, a total of 26,000 units of Excavators have been sold which means that in every 7 minutes, an Excavator is delivered to customers around the world. “SANY Heavy Machinery won a victory and the Excavator sales amount ranked No. 1 in the past 4 months in Chinese market, and we are expecting to achieve greater success in whole world market as well in 2019.” Mr. Yuan said.
