On the afternoon of January 19th, the fourth session of the 10th Workers' Congress (Trade Union Member Congress) of Degong was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the west factory district. 2018 is the 60th anniversary of the founding of Degong. At the same time, it joined Shandong Heavy Industry Group in 2018. The economic indicators of the company achieved a relatively large increase compared with 2017. The company focuses on "increasing production and expanding capacity, improving quality and efficiency" as the central work and accelerates the pace of reform and innovation. It introduced advanced equipment such as laser cutting machine and welding mechanical arm, which improved the production efficiency; and established the first generation warehouse database of Degong, which improved the data management level of materials;
According to the requirements of the "four unification planning" of the Group, it unified the PDM technical requirements of Shantui, and integrated the marketing markets, which increased the market share of loader; it accelerated the introduction of talents and investment in software and hardware, and introduced many graduates from 985 and 211 schools, which quickly improved the R&D strength; In combination with the development trend of product technology and the trend of market demand, it formulated the standard requirements for "type", "model" and "version" of loaders and launched a new generation of H series loaders, which improved the reliability, economical efficiency, comfort and maintenance convenience of the products. Among the new generation of H series loaders, SL58H and SL76H two products also successfully appeared on the Shanghai BMW Show;
It optimized and improved the performance of DGL460, DGL550N, DGL700N and other pavement cold recyclers, so that the products can better meet the needs of users; it carried out the quality improvement activities with the theme of "fine and professional", and the warranty failure rate of the loader and the warranty failure rate of 200 hours were significantly reduced. In 2018, under the leadership of the Group, Degong opened up a new journey of reform, innovation and rapid development, and achieved a comprehensive transformation.
Looking forward to 2019, Chairman Li requires all cadres and employees of the company to uphold the core value of "customer satisfaction is our aim" and to devote every effort to "work hard for 100 days to make a good start at the first quarter of 2019" with the passion of "it is dawdling if we do not fight for the first" and the efficiency of "using one day like two and a half days" and the spirit of "never giving up until achieving the goal";
It is necessary to introduce the WOS management method of Weichai Group to form a DOS management system suitable for the development of Degong and continue to implement lean production by combining the actual situation of Degong; it is necessary to speed up innovation and research and development, accelerate customer-oriented product structure adjustment and upgrade, and realize the transformation from being driven by marketing to product; it is necessary to focus on the quality indicators such as product cleanliness and early failure rate, implement management models such as PPM indicators, lean production and on-site 5S, and pay close attention to quality improvement taking "three noes" as the quality principle;
It is necessary to adhere to the "four unification" business strategy, do a good job in market integration, and work together to create a new situation in the loader market with a new combination; all cadres and employees must unite and work hard to seize market opportunities, and strive to achieve high quality and rapid development of Degong!
