Komatsu Opens Dubai Training & Demonstration Center in UAE: Strengthening Human Resource Development in the Middle East and Africa

Komatsu Ltd. (hereinafter "Komatsu") (President & CEO: Tetsuji Ohashi) opened the Dubai Training & Demonstration Center in the United Arab Emirates on March 9, 2019.
　Situated on the premises of Komatsu Middle East FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Komatsu, the Center is going to offer a variety of training programs, such as for sales, parts, service, and machine operations, needed for distributors of Komatsu construction equipment. In addition to these trainings on products and technical skills, the Center will also meet a wide range of customer needs by conducting machine demonstrations and offering trial operations and training programs for operators. Komatsu plans to accommodate over 500 customers and distributors annually.
　Including this Dubai Training & Demonstration Center, Komatsu operates 17 training centers in 14 countries. Komatsu will transfer its training know-how, nurtured in other regions of the world, to the fullest extent, and offer powerful support for distributors' human resource development in the Middle East and Africa, thereby contributing to further expansion of their business in the region.
