SANY roadheader debuts in Tajikistan

SANY Roadheader EBZ132 was sold to Tajikistan in June 2018, which was SANY’s mining machine entering its local market for the first time.

The buyer, a top-level group company in Tajikistan, intended to change the way of coal mining by manpower to automatic mining by machines.

“We initially got the information about SANY from the Russian largest mining company. We learned that SANY Roadheader has ranked No.1 in Chinese market for several years and dominated the top level of Mining Machinery in the world. By comparing SANY with several suppliers, we finally chose SANY Roadheader for our coal mining,”Mr. Ali, the head of the company said. “Since the insufficient supply of water and electricity of the project site at its initial stage, the machine couldn’t put into operation when it arrived at the working site. After knowing that, SANY dispatched service engineers to instruct our staff for water and electricity installation and machine operation,” Mr. Ali gave high appraisal to SANY’s equipment and service, “We are not a buying and selling relationship but a partnership. Our company hopes to cooperate with SANY in other product lines in the coming year,” he added.

The roadheader was officially put into operation in November 2018. It can excavate 2 meters of coal per hour, which perfectly replaces manpower and increases the working efficiency. “The roadheader is equipped with load sensitive variable pump originated by SANY in the industry to make the machine with high efficiency and stability,” said Ethan Ma, sales manager of SANY International Holdings co., Ltd (SANYI), “EBZ132 is especially suitable for this underground coal mine since it has wireless remote control technology that can remotely manipulate the roadheader without the restriction of space, which greatly safeguards operator’s safety,” he noted.

“An excellent machine should be not only effective for saving manpower but also people-oriented to give protection to workers’ health. The machine has a large air volume dust collector and a dust proof breathing system, which can minimize the harm of dust generated by mining to workers’ health,” Ethan added.
