Drafted by XCMG Hydraulics Co. Ltd. Officially Published

Directed and drafted by XCMG Hydraulics Co. Ltd., the national standards GB/T32957-2016 GB/T32957-2016 Cold-drawn or Cold-rolled Seamless Steel Tubes with Precision Inner-Diameter Used in Hydraulic and Pneumatic System Equipment has been approved and published recently by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of PRC and the Standardization Administration of RPC. The standards, to be officially implemented on July 1, 2017, will be the first sets to fill in the blanks for China’s national standards for such products. 

It is said to be the first time for XCMG Hydraulics Co. Ltd. to lead the work of drafting the national standards following its taking charge in revising JB/T10205-2010 industry standard for hydraulic cylinders. In order to improve the product quality of cold-drawn or cold-rolled seamless steel tubes with precision inner-diameter used in hydraulic and pneumatic system equipment in China and to better meet the demands of the hydraulic and pneumatic industry, the hydraulic parts company has drawn from its experience accumulated over the years in research and development, manufacture and application promotion of the cold-drawn precision seamless steel tubes used for homemade Cylinder barrels of  hydraulic cylinders. Further, the company has taken advantage of its unparalleled technical strength in the cold-drawn tube industry in China in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders using cold-drawn steel tubes. The aforementioned efforts and accomplishments have helped the company to meet the qualification for leading the drafting standards, and it took the company nearly three years to complete the project. With regard to cold-drawn or cold-rolled seamless steel tubes with precision inner-diameter used in hydraulic and pneumatic system equipment, the standards define classification, code names, delivery status, dimensions, shape, weight and tolerance, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificate, and are applicable to the same type of products with 25 mm to 500 mm inner diameter. Moreover, the standards showcase the technological strength of XCMG in core parts and components while providing the hydraulic and pneumatic industry a scientific basis for design, production and testing of the products.
