【Bauma China 2016 Preview】Zoomlion Ready for Participation in Bauma China 2016 with Supreme “4.0 Product Legion”

The Bauma China 2016 will kick off in November. With the theme of “Vision Creates Future”, Zoomlion will have 22 varieties of star products in eight major categories exhibited at this trade fair.

Green Legion Linking the World with the Concept of Perfection 

Among the Zoomlion exhibits, environmental protection is a keyword. Through technological upgrading, the series of cranes adopt the intelligent multi-power energy-saving system, reducing the comprehensive oil consumption by 20 percent. While saving fuel cost for customers, they effectively maintain the air environment.        

In addition, the cranes, after systematic,comprehensive noise reduction, have reached the industry’s highest CE standards, so that crane construction is no longer a noise source.  Powerful 4.0 Products Usher in an Intelligent Future 

Among the Zoomlion exhibits, 4.0 products account for more than half, covering six categories - Concrete Machinery,engineering hoisting machinery, building crane, foundation construction machinery, pavement construction machinery and Vehicles/ 'target='_blank' style='color:blue;'>Industrial Vehicles.        

These 4.0 products focus on hoisting machinery, including a variety of world-class products. The three-axle ZTC250V Truck_crane/ 'target='_blank' style='color:blue;'>Truck Crane, three-axle ZTF250VTruck_crane/ 'target='_blank' style='color:blue;'>Truck Crane with general chassis and other exhibits boast the industry’s longest main boom and leading lifting capacity. For example, ZTC250V has the longest five-section 42-meter-long U-shaped main boom in the industry, leading the products of the same tonnage in terms of comprehensive hoisting performance, reaching 35 tons. Meanwhile, it tops the industry in the maximum lifting moment of the base boom and fully-extended boom. The Vehicle adopts omni-directional vehicular information platform to achieve real-time three-dimensional control over the operation.  

A four-axle 56-meter-long pump Truck with Benz chassis is a 4.0 product made by Zoomlion in the spirit of craftsmanship. In regard to overall performance, it takes the lead in initiating the high-precision,high-performance and high-pressure pumping technology, with the pumping efficiency 5-8% higher than other products and energy consumption 2-4% lower than others. Meanwhile, with respect to intelligent technology, the electric control system and cloud platform have realized networking and data interaction so that the user can freely control the device status and enjoy a new mode of equipment management. With super large main hoisting capacity leading the industry, ZR460VRotary Drilling Righas greatly improved the efficiency of construction and increased the economic benefits for customers.  

At Bauma China 2016, Zoomlion will also display the intelligent application platform of equipment, and the latest results of intelligent application of these products will bring greater commercial value to the customers. At the same time, in the dry mixed mortar exhibition area of Zoomlion, its dry mixed mortar sub-brand m-tec will join hands with its clients to launchdry mixed mortar system solutions, and give a number of dry mixed mortar spraying demonstrations.
