XCMG Service Campaign Kicked Off throughout the Middle East

As an extremely representative area along the “Belt and Road”, the Middle East has always been a  strategic market of XCMG. At the beginning of this year, Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG, led a delegation and paid visits to Iran, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, etc., visited leaders of China’s overseas embassies and consulates as well as  local governmental officials, and held nearly 10 customer communication conferences within 10 days. Chairman Wang Min’s tour in the Middle East is regarded as an important sign of practice by XCMG of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative.

Recently, XCMG “Belt andRoad” Overseas Service Campaign was carried out in six countries in the Middle East, namely Iran, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Iraq respectively.Zhai Kun (Deputy General Manager of XCMG Import and Export Company), Tang Guang(Sales Direcotr of Middle East and North Africa Department of XCMG) and Xia Yang (Deputy Sales Director of Middle East and North Africa Department of XCMG) went to various countries, organizing and carrying out the activity. Later they visited customers throughout the Middle East, carrying out service activities and providing equipment maintenance services tailored for key customers in order to reward both old and new customers and further enhance their satisfaction. So far, the activity has kicked off throughout Middle East, and the whole service campaign implemented in up to 16 countries.
