XCMG Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Evergreen Malaysia

On July 11, Wang Min, President of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhang Xiaoqing, Executive Chairman of Evergreen Malaysia, a Fortune 500 company, at the XCMG headquarters. Both sides have agreed to facilitate comprehensive cooperation in capital, forestry machinery, overseas marketing and other aspects, and by taking advantage of critical resources, jointly promote the revitalization of the Chinese equipment manufacturing industry. Sun Jianzhong, Vice President of XCMG, and Liu Jiansen, Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Import and Export Company attended the signing ceremony.

Over the years, XCMG has maintained a good partnership with the Evergreen Group. The company has been frequented by multiple Evergreen senior executives who had paid personal visits to its factories and initiated technical exchanges. Apart from the conventional R&D in construction machinery, XCMG has increased its efforts to foster the strategic development of forestry machinery, making substantial breakthroughs in forestry Excavators, loaders and dumping Trucks. Such achievements have opened up new markets. Impressed by the quick, flexible and efficient response of XCMG, the Evergreen Group has given the company full recognition. 

This agreement marks a deeper, wider, stronger and newer cooperation between XCMG Group and the Evergreen Group in all aspects. It will grant both sides competitive advantages in supply chain, avoid risks and share outcomes in a highly competitive global market.
