2015 First New Product Training Session for Overseas Dealers

In March, Caterpillar Qingzhou (CQL) introduced a series of new products including SEM655D/656D Wheel Loaders, SEM816/822 Track-Type Tractors and SEM518/520/522 Soil Compactors. To help overseas dealers better learn about new products, the CQL International Sales & Distribution Team hosted a two-day training session at the facility.

The training included in-class course, facility tour and test drive modules. Product specialists were invited to detail the machines' features and benefits while the facility tour provided an opportunity to get a close-up experience on the equipment's performance. The last module included a machine walk-around and a test drive of the machines. The experience enabled dealers to get a deeper understanding of cab structure as well as machines' operations performance.
Based on participants' feedback, the training increased the dealers' confidence to the products and laid a good foundation for new product sales in overseas markets.
