Caterpillar Qingzhou Kicks Off 2015 National Roadshow with New Products Launched

Caterpillar Qingzhou (CQL) hosted a customer event in Qingzhou on March 1, when the company introduced a series of new SEM-branded products. This event also unveiled the curtain of the company's national roadshow throughout the year.
 

 

Jun Qi, Chairman of the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), Haibo Shang, Chairman of the CCMA Earthmoving Branch, together with Kebao Yang, CQL Chairman & General Manager were in attendance at the event along with more than 400 customers.

The new SEM518, SEM520 and SEM522 Soil Compactor feature a unique vibratory pod design with a 50-mm thick drum, which can deliver superior compaction performance. The closed center hydraulic system improves operation efficiency by 20% and at the same time, reduces oil contamination to prolong the life of the hydraulic system.

The SEM822 Track-Type Tractor utilizes Cat hydrostatic technology. Its SU blade combines the excellent penetration capability of the S blade and the high production capacity of U blade, which can be applicable to various working conditions.
 

 

The SEM655D and SEM656D Wheel Loader is equipped with fabrication components designed with extensive use of finite element analysis and field test validation to ensure outstanding durability. The D series Wheel Loader uses the dual pump sensor technology for working and steering system for improved efficiency. Meanwhile, the cab space of D series Wheel Loader has been increased by 30% to provide more comfortable operations environment.
