XCMG’s First Anchor Drill Rolling off the Production Line

Recently XCMG's first fully hydraulic anchor drill XMZ130 has successfully rolled off the production line. The drill is characteristic of compact structure, flexible operation, insensitivity to the regional impact and low cost. It has been widely accepted for varies construction applications.

The fully hydraulic anchor drill has its unchallengeable advantage under complicated geological conditions. It is used to drill holes for jobs such as anti-floating anchoring, soil-nail wall supporting, cast-in-place piling and row piling. It has more and more applications in the water conservancy and hydropower projects, such as slope supporting, underground diaphragm walls and impervious wall bracing. The conTractors engaged in the railway and highway construction and mineral survey and exploration also use it to help them to handle the roadbed treatment, gas venting and ground water detection in view of its higher efficiency and lower cost. It is worth to be mentioned that XCMG’s fully hydraulic anchor drill XMZ130 is equipped with a high-efficient rotary impact power-driving bit. Under 200 MPa ultra hard rock's geological conditions, it can drill more than 10 meters down per hour. The application options in both the casing pipe and the single pipe modes can meet a wide range of purposes. The internal rod and the external rod can drill into depth simultaneously while dissembling of them is allowed. When running beneath the pipe shed, it can keep the soft ground layers from collapsing. It enjoys a wide-ranged luffing mechanism to adjust the drilling locations and directions. Through the collaboration of its hydraulic cylinders, jobs under various working conditions can be accomplished smoothly.
