A Visit to XCMG Wheel Loader Plant Area - Legendary LW1200K

One day when I accompanied my boss to pay a visit to XCMG, I saw the legendary 1200K.

I will share with you my experience.

Since my boss is engaged in logistics business, he will purchase large-scale equipment for his company’s leap-forward development. Then he was invited to visit XCMG plant area, accompanied by me, his servitor.

I never believe XCMG’s wheel loder advertisement until I visited the Wheel Loader plant area in person. Bravo! Believe it or not, anyway, I believed this time.



Since my boss was leaving for the business negotiation, I hung around in the plant area to make a study of the machines for my boss: large-sized and small-sized Wheel Loaders, waiting for their owners in a row.



What amazed me most was the LW1200K. Can you imagine a man with a height of 1.75m fails to reach its tire’s upper rim?

Sources said that it was a loader with the largest tonnage in China. Turn to Google for help! It seems that the product is matchless!



Do all heavy-duty loaders have such a component? No need to apply grease! How convenient!





It seems to be of high technology! Have never seen this! Is it the hydraulic oil plus an independent radiator? Hope you guys figure it out!



Absorb shock with rubber to secure steel pipe? Brand-new!





There are two switches on the balance weight. One is for ladder stand lighting, and I give it a try. The other is marked with “Engine” sign, making me boggle. What does it mean?



Ladder stand resembles the one for mountain climbing? Interesting?

Corridor, skid-proof! Meticulously prepared for Louis XIII?



Exhaust pipe! Excessively thick!

Iron box on the back of the cab! Open it and have a look…



Confused! Close it! How professional! Is it related to electrical system?



On the back of the cab there are windshield wiper and two LED lamps! How premium, decent, and upscale!



Anti-smash steel plate for the cab! Incredibly thick! Maybe no other objects are able to damage such a thick steel plate.




The spacious cab is of the sense of science somewhat, superior to my cab.



Soft, of much comfort!



Pilot control lever, two knots on it. Rack my brains to figure out their usage.



Lots of air-conditioning vents for cooling both head and feet! Cool? MP3 is nice.



Is it the reversing image? No harm to pedestrians and animals.



Look at the steering wheel, which is adjustable to facilitate your driving. How comfortable it is!

Tilt cylinder, thicker than my waist.

Oversized fan with numerous blades, driven by motor



What the hell it is? Reversely mounted foot pedal?



Embedded oil gauge, with iron cover, which does not exist in my car. A meticulous work by XCMG!



Such an engine is a little bit big. Looking up to it from a 45-degree angle!



Cumm…brand? Need further check.



It is hydraulic oil tank! I fail to shoot it in a single picture from a 45-degree angle. Its height equals to that of two adults.

Performance by the spider-like equipment in the plant! Time is running out, have got to leave after the performance.
