MTS Dealer and Customer SEM Visit

On March 12th & 13th, 2013, a team of 26 guests, including dealer representatives, customers and SEM dealers in Thailand came and visit SEM. This was the second time for Thai dealer to organize a big factory tour event to SEM.

Thailand dealer is the fastest growing dealer for Export (150 units in 2012, which is doubled the business from 2011) and planning to grow the business by more than 30% in 2013.

On March 12th, a welcome dinner was held, SEM Product Manager and SEM Technical Manager formally welcomed all the guests to SEM and Qingzhou and congratulated MTS on the outstanding sales results of 2012 and the high expectations in 2013. He was also happy that such trips will help both the dealers and customers to have a better understanding of our facility and products so that they continue extending their support to SEM business.


 

The next day, SEM general manager made a presentation of SEM and its ambitious growth plan including the new products and capacity additions, later he also listened to the voices from customers and answered questions. Gift exchanges were done after the presentation which further displayed the good relationship and friendship between SEM and MTS, The Winning Partnership.

SEM Products with all Wheel Loaders currently are sold in Thailand as well as a to be launched Track Type Tractor. SEM Factory Tour was an important part of the whole trip. The tour was well arranged and guests visited Axle & Transmission shop, new assembly shop, test site, National Parts Distribution center, TTT facility and the training center, which let our guests witness our investment and commitment to increase production capacity and quality.
