All departments of the headquarters of the group company(Include delegation)、Grass-roots posts and title system posts in some directly administered units。

Specific positions、Number of posts、The main responsibilities are detailed in《Compilation Table of Open Competitive Positions of Headquarters Departments of the Group Company》(Annex 1)、《Compilation Table of Open Competitive Positions of Some Directly Administered Units》(Annex 2)、《Table of Compilation of Positions for Public Competition for Appointed Positions》(Annex 3)。

This time, we will first carry out job competition at the grass-roots level.,Then the post competition of the title system is carried out.。

TwoScope and conditions of personnel participating in the competition

(One)Range

On-the-job employees of the Group Company and its affiliated units。  

(Two)Basic conditions

1.Good ideological and political quality,Loyal enterprise,Strong sense of enterprise and responsibility,Diligent and dedicated,Stick to principles,Be responsible;

2.Have a strong sense of unity and cooperation and the professional ability required to perform the duties of the post、Ability of organization and coordination,Familiar with relevant policies、Industry development trend and enterprise situation,Be able to actively implement the enterprise development strategy and promote the deployment of various work;

3.Good professional and personal conduct,Excellent performance,Recognition by the masses;

4.Honesty and trustworthiness,Rigorous style,Integrity and self-discipline;

5.Have good psychological quality,Have the physical conditions suitable for the work requirements.。

(Three)Qualifications

1.Grass-roots posts:Conform《ManpowerⅠ-RS21 Measures for the Administration of Grass-roots Personnel》A degree、Work experience and other basic conditions and qualifications。

2.Title system post

(1)Academic qualifications:Should have a full-time university degree or above.。

(2)Professional and technical positions:Compete for the position of business sponsor,Should have junior and above professional and technical positions.。Finance、Audit、Legal compliance、Relevant posts such as safety management should obtain corresponding professional registration qualifications or qualification certificates.。

(3) Age :Deadline for registration,The age of the host of the competitive business is not more than 40 years old.。

(4)Work experience:Competing for a position in a headquarters department,In principle, they should have a cumulative work experience of 3 years or more in grass-roots front-line units.(The work experience of social recruiters in their original units is regarded as the work experience at the grass-roots level.)。Competing for some directly administered units and appointed posts,Not required。

(5)Political outlook:Compete for the Party Committee、Discipline Inspection Commission、The position of the financial department,Should be a CPC member。

3.The personnel of the headquarters departments and some directly administered units who were originally employed under the title system compete for posts.,Qualifications that may not be required、Professional and technical positions、Age limit。Non-Party members of the financial department of the former headquarters may compete for relevant posts in the department.。

(Four)In any of the following circumstances,Unable to participate in the competition:

1.Have a husband-wife relationship with the staff of the headquarters of the group company、Lineal consanguinity、Being collateral relatives by blood or close relatives by marriage up to the third degree of kinship,In principle, it is not allowed to participate in the competition for the posts listed in the headquarters department of the group company.;

2.Other kinship relationships that the organization considers should be avoided;

3.Discipline Inspection、The supervisory department or judicial organ is filing a case for investigation;;

4.Interns with Bachelor's Degree or above who have not become a full member;

5.Other reasons are not suitable for selection and employment.。

ThreeOpen competition process

According to the registration、Qualification examination、Interview、Evaluation、Confirm the position or competitive speech、Proposed candidate、Organize the inspection(Be promoted to a post at the grass-roots level、Deputy candidate)、Identify the candidate、Approval and other procedures.。 

FourRegistration time and method
