Aftertreatment regeneration operation
（One）Driving regeneration
The Vehicle is idling or in normal operation，When the regeneration reminder lamp is always on，The engine will automatically raise the exhaust temperature above 550 degrees.，BurnDPFSoot inside，This process is known as in-service regeneration。
Your attention, please：
①During driving regeneration，It is normal for the engine to automatically increase 200 rpm at idle speed.。
②The whole process lasts about 30 minutes.。When conditions permit，Continuous operation shall be maintained.，Avoid frequent idling or shutdown。
（Two）Park regenerationWhen the regeneration reminder lamp flashes slowly，The power of the Vehicle will be limited。Bring the vehicle to a standstill，Through manual operationDPFRegeneration，This process is called park regeneration。The park regeneration operation is as follow：①Park the vehicle in a safe area away from flammable and explosive materials.，And ensure that the surface of the post-processor is free of combustible materials such as straws and the like.。②The engine keeps idling.，Put it in neutral，Tighten the handbrake，Press the regeneration switch for more than 3 seconds and then release it，The engine speed will increase to 1,More than 200 revolutions（Shangchai 9DFParking regeneration speed 1800 rpm）And enter the Park Regeneration Mode。

Aftertreatment maintenance
（One）Urea tank、Inspection and maintenance of urea pump

（Two）Inspection and maintenance of urea nozzle
Check the urea nozzle，Every time the urea nozzle is replaced or disassembled，Need to check the status of the urea nozzle。In case of damage or deformation，The urea nozzle needs to be replaced。Nozzle clogging due to urea crystallization，50 may be used-Soak in pure water at 60 degrees Celsius.。The fault cannot be eliminated after soaking for 10 minutes.，The nozzle needs to be replaced。

In winter, the temperature is below-11 degrees，Urea freezes。If there is no backflow of urea solution，Turn off the main power switch immediately.，Next power on，The instrument panel will show the failure of urea not being emptied.，So be sure to pay attention.！
