Precautions before inspection and maintenance

First, put the car on the flat ground.，Level the bucket to the ground，The Vehicle is in neutral，Pull up the parking brake，Turn off the Vehicle after idling for five minutes。

Check items every 10 hours

1.Hydraulic oil level check

The hydraulic oil level shall be within 20mm above and below the middle position of the oil sight.。

2.Check the oil level

The oil level should be above the middle of the dipstick。

3.Check the oil-water separator

Check the water separator，If there is water, it needs to be drained.。

4.Urea tank solution level check

Check the solution level of urea tank，It should be noted that：The temperature in winter is-11℃The area of，Do not overfill the urea solution，Set aside 1/10 of expansion space，So as not to damage the urea tank。

5.Other inspection and processing

Drain the air reservoir.；

Lubricate each pin shaft；

Carry out three leakages for the whole machine（Oil leak、Leakage、Air leak）Check。

Items to be inspected every 50 hours

In addition to the items to be checked every 10 hours, check the booster pump oil level，And that hin points of the front frame and the rear frame、Rear axle swing frame、Add grease to the transmission shaft。

Items to be inspected every 100 hours

Divided every 10 hours、In addition to the 50-hour inspection items, the following inspections should be done.：

1.A/C filter element inspection

Check the A/C filter，Depending on the contamination，Determine if replacement is required。

2.Steering Cylinder Articulation Point Lubrication

Thoroughly lubricate the steering cylinder articulation joint。

3.Battery check

Confirm the condition of the battery，Green is normal、Gray indicates power loss、Black is damaged，Vehicle does not start for a long time，Also start the vehicle or charge the battery。
