Selection of urea

Select ConformGB 29518 standard urea solution，The use of urea that does not meet the standard will cause the system to alarm.，The engine limits torque，But also may damage the urea pump and the urea nozzle，Cause irreversible damage to the catalyst！

Urea addition process

Step 1：Open the urea tank cover after cleaning，Clean the filling port of urea tank.。

Step 2：Urea barrel connected with filling pipe，Use professional filling equipment，Add the urea solution into the urea tank along the filling pipe.。

Step 3：After filling is completed，Cover the urea tank.，Just put back the dust cover.。

Maintenance of urea tank

1、When the urea solution is consumed to 20%When，Urea solution needs to be added;

2、The filled urea shall conform to the standard.(Such as the use of unqualified urea，It will lead to the damage of the metering injection pump and the poisoning and scrapping of the catalyst);

3、Before filling urea，First check and maintain the cleanliness of the urea tank filler.(If there are contaminants，Wipe clean with a damp cloth before filling);

4、When filling urea or disassembling and assembling urea pipeline，Maintain the cleanliness of the urea(Uch as dirt incorporated into the urea injection system、Impurities，Damage to urea pump and nozzle);

5、Do not fill too much urea in winter.，The liquid level indication is just full(When the temperature is below-11℃Crystallization of urea causes volume expansion，Affect the safety of urea tank);

6、In case of urea level alarm of instrument(Approximately 10% of urea remain%)，Urea should be added immediately，Otherwise, there will be protective measures to limit the power.(If the alarm lamp is on，After addition of urea，The warning lamp is automatically cleared);

7、Irregularly check whether the vent hole is blocked.(If white crystals or clogging are found，It should be cleaned with clean water in time，Replace the breather tube if necessary);

8、Open the drain valve at the bottom of the urea tank once a year for cleaning and maintenance，Clean up the pollutants deposited in the urea tank、Grease;

9、Annual pre-icing inspection、Clean the antifreeze filter element on the urea tank。
