Six、District、County（City）The people's government shall perform the following duties：

Eight、Municipal highway administrative organs shall perform the following duties：

（Two）Responsible for the supervision of the city's rural road maintenance market.、Administration，To formulate a market evaluation system and a supervision and inspection system for rural road maintenance；
