[Lovol Class] Loader start-up inspection and precautions!

In order to ensure that the machine performance reaches the best state after starting，The following detailed inspection and maintenance shall be carried out for the loader before starting work.！

Power system check

1、Check the fuel tank，Check the fuel level，Blow down and drain the fuel tank and oil-water separator；

2、Check the fuel system pipelines，Look for age cracking、Oil seepage，Whether the joints are firmly connected，Tighten or replace as necessary；

3、Check the fan belt、Tension and aging of air conditioning belt，Adjust or replace as necessary；

4、 Check the oil level and oil quality，If necessary, add or replace the special engine oil of the manufacturer；

5、Check the coolant level，Whether the water pipes are cracked，Whether the water tank has water seepage。

Check the status of appearance parts and tire pressure

1、 Check whether the fixing bolts of the transmission shaft are loose.，And add butter；If the butter is not added in time,，Or the filling amount is not enough，When turning while the loader is running，The transmission will be damaged if the transmission shaft cannot extend and retract normally.；

2、Check the front and rear hinges and each pin shaft，Add grease to the lubrication point，Pecially at the bucket to boom articulation、Upper and lower hinges；

3、Inspect each fastener（Rim bolt、Engine fixing bolts, etc.）Status；

4、Check all kinds of oil pipes、Trachea、Whether the appearance parts such as flexible shaft are in normal condition；

5、Check whether the tire pressure is normal。

Electrical system inspection

1、Check whether all indicators of the instrument are normal after power on.；

2、 Check whether the electrical connectors are firmly connected.，Trumpet、Whether the light is normal；

3、Check the battery power before starting，Please charge in time when the power is insufficient.（Pay attention to the wiring sequence：First the negative pole and then the positive pole during disassembly，During installation, the positive pole shall be installed before the negative pole.）；

Transmission system、Braking system、Check the hydraulic system

1、Warm up the Vehicle at idle speed for 5 minutes，Ensure effective lubrication and protection of engine and hydraulic system components；

2、 Check whether the air Compressor works normally.，Can the air pressure be in the green zone?；

3、Check whether the parking brake release function and service brake are normal.；

4、Check whether the steering and operation are normal；

5、Check the hydraulic oil level and oil quality，If necessary, add or replace the special hydraulic oil of the manufacturer.；

6、Check the oil level and quality of the transmission，If necessary, add or replace the special oil of the manufacturer；
