Rules of the game

1.    This competition is divided into eight competition units.，Each competition unit recommends one contestant.，The registration deadline is December 5.；（If there are more than one candidate，Recommend internalpkOne round）

 2.    Each speech is limited to 5 minutes.，Remaining 60 seconds and 10 seconds to make a prompt，Deduct 10 points for overtime total score；
3.    Set up three champions, runners-up and runners-up.，And five awards for excellence.；It is divided into preliminary and final competitions.，Eight into four in the preliminary contest，The champion, runner-up and runner-up will be decided in the final.；Expert judges and public judges are used to score together.，The expert judges are composed of six managers.，Scores accounted for 60%；The public judges recommended 2 for each competition unit, totaling 16.，Scores accounted for 40%；The scores of the expert judges and the scores of the public judges are weighted as the final score of the contestants.，Players are arranged according to the total score from high to low.，Ranking based on this。
