Provincial development and reform commission on the basis of resolutely doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control actively promote the provincial key projects to resume work. They made a survey on the resumption of key construction projects in 170 provincial-level areas. Of the 131 projects to be renewed, 113 (86%) were scheduled to resume construction in the first quarter and 18 in April. Of the 39 new construction projects, 8 (accounting for 20%) are scheduled to start construction in the first quarter, and the remaining 31 will be concentrated in the second and third quarters.

On this basis, they issued “ Notice on further improvement of current key projects ” , we need to enhance confidence, specify time, schedule accurately, advance step by step, and accelerate the resumption of key provincial projects in an urgent and orderly manner.
