01, pump Truck start inspection project
Oil inspection:
check and replace
as appropriate
chassis: engine coolant, engine, gearbox, axle oil.
install: whether the distributor box, rotary reducer, pump lubricating oil and hydraulic oil level are sufficient.
Security check:
check and adjust or lubricate
as appropriate
chassis:
● operate and check: brake effect, clutch disengagement/coupling is normal.
● check: tire pressure, tire bolts, shaft bolts, rotary support bolts (mounting) fastening.
jacket:
Check whether the boom, legs, connecting rods, turrets and pins are cracked, deformed, loose or out.
Hidden trouble check
check and adjust
as appropriate
chassis:
Start the engine to preheat for 10 minutes to check the coolant temperature, oil pressure and whether there is any leakage/leakage in the pipeline.
jacket:
Operate the legs, boom, pumping and stirring for 10-15 minutes to check whether the functions of each system are normal and sensitive, whether the lubricating oil of the hopper and conveying cylinder is normal, and whether there is oil leakage in each system. (it is necessary to open the drain valve at the bottom of the hydraulic tank to drain water before taking off the force, until the clear hydraulic oil flows out)
Other
● the parts that need key lubrication: chassis drive shaft, boom and support leg system pin shaft, rotary support.
