At 12 PM on January 15, after more than eight hours of construction, the main structure attached to the transfer channel at kuitang station of changsha metro line 5 was successfully capped, marking the completion of the main project of kuitang station and a step closer to the target of opening next year.
As the sixth station of changsha metro line 5 phase I project, guitang station is located at the south side of the intersection of wanjiali road and east road, and is arranged along wanjiali road to the south and north, with wanjiali viaduct to the west. The station is an island underground three-story station with a total length of 177.4 meters. It is a transfer station for line 4 and line 5.
