On January 14, shandong railway investment holding group co., ltd. issued the first information notice of environmental impact assessment of the newly-built tianjin-weifang (yantai) section of the weifang-yantai railway project, to publicize the relevant situation of the weiyan high-speed railway project. On December 24, 2019, the jinan public resources trading center issued the tender notice for environmental impact assessment of the newly-built lesi-rongcheng railway and the tender notice for consulting service on the compilation of water and soil conservation program report of the newly-built lesi-rongcheng railway. It indicates that the related pre-approval procedures for the lairong high-speed railway are being accelerated and construction is expected to start before the end of 2020. The laixi-rongcheng high-speed railway is one of the five key high-speed railway projects (tianjin to weifang, weifang to yantai, jinan to binzhou, laixi-rongcheng, jinan to zaozhuang tourism high-speed railway) that shandong province will ensure to start construction in 2020. On December 17, 2019, the supplementary feasibility review of the project was completed, and the route direction and station Settings were basically stable. According to the tender notice, the new line of the project is 192 kilometers in length, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, with 7 stations in lesibei, laiyang dingzi bay, haiyang, rushan south, weihai south China sea, wendeng south and rongcheng. The third line of qingrong intercity, weilai high-speed railway and jiqing high-speed railway will construct Qingdao municipal high-speed railway ring line.

Qingdao west to beijing-shanghai high-speed railway link line, from Qingdao west station of qingyan railway, through zhucheng, and the proposed beijing-shanghai high-speed rail link weifang to xinyi section, designed speed of 350 km/h, will become a high-speed channel from Qingdao to jiangsu, Shanghai. The second high-speed rail link from Qingdao west to Beijing to Shanghai will be built simultaneously with the second high-speed rail link from weifang to xinyi. In the first half of 2020, we will start the preliminary work of project environmental impact assessment, site planning and other supporting documents preparation, and strive to meet the conditions for construction in the second half of 2020. It is understood that the second high-speed rail link between Qingdao and Beijing and Shanghai will connect with the second high-speed rail link between weifang and xinyi. The high-speed rail from hefei to xinyi will form a high-speed corridor with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour from Qingdao to hefei, and it will only take 3 hours to reach hefei from Qingdao. On December 28, 2019, the construction ceremony of the anhui section of the new high-speed railway was officially held, and the construction of the jiangsu section will start in 2020.

History of no high-speed rail in weilai

Weilai high-speed railway is shandong province “ Four horizontal six vertical three rings ” An important part of the high-speed railway network, with a total length of 126 km and a designed speed of 350 km/h. Construction of the weilai high-speed railway started in 2018 and will be completed and open to traffic by the end of this year. After the operation of weilai high-speed railway, it will fill the gap of pingdu high-speed railway. Pingdu north station as the weifang diesel lai high-speed rail station, middle and long-term planning of laizhou to pingdu inter-city railway, adopt appropriate leading principle, on the construction of the reserved future laizhou to pingdu inter-city railway access conditions, reserved at station square of Qingdao subway line 14 (wang jiaozhou north station to pingdu north station) gateway, will greatly convenient outbound passengers transfer.

Construction of dalilong railway will be completed within this year to help logistics and trade in northern Qingdao

The dalailong railway starts from the yiyang jiewa railway station in the west and ends at the longkou west railway station in the east. It is an important freight port railway connecting the north of weifang and the north of yantai. The main engineering contents of the project include: roadbed disease control, bridge reinforcement, leveling and leveling, seamless line switching, station modification project, electrification transformation and so on. The construction period of the project is 2 years and it is planned to be completed by the end of 2020. After the expansion and transformation of dalelong railway, the annual freight capacity will be increased from 19 million tons to 30 million tons, the maximum speed of trains will be 120 km/h, and the passenger transport function will be increased. The expansion and transformation of dalailong railway is of great significance for improving the comprehensive transportation system of the whole province, deepening the cooperation and exchange with the beijing-tianjin-hebei economic zone, and promoting the regional economic development. It is reported that after the completion of the reconstruction of the dalailong railway, it will realize the full line of deda railway, longyan railway through the operation, in the huanghua station and the construction of the huanghua to zhuanwa railway linked to the formation of the northern shandong and bohai rim freight corridor.
