Xining road collapse area of about 80 square, excavator, crane into the rescue

Ten people are missing after a bus crashed into a road in xining, qinghai province, on jan 13. The Beijing news previously reported that the publicity office of the xining municipal committee of the communist party of China (CPC) had learned that a no. 17 bus (license plate no. A60015) was trapped in a pit when the road suddenly collapsed in front of the Great Wall hospital on nandajie in xining, qinghai province, on January 13. A preliminary official check had found 10 people missing.

At about 10 am today, a Beijing news reporter learned from a staff member of the publicity office of the xining municipal party committee that as of 9:30 am, after 15 hours of search and rescue, the bodies of six victims have been found one by one, the identity information is being checked.

Sixteen of the injured are in stable condition. After the accident, more than 30 emergency rescue Vehicles were deployed on site, and more than 1,000 emergency rescue and public security personnel participated in the rescue. At present, search and rescue work is still underway, the cause of the accident is also under investigation.

After the accident on January 13, local authorities set up an on-site emergency management and disposal team, which consists of eight emergency teams, including medical aid, on-site treatment, post-treatment, road environment restoration, accident investigation and on-site order maintenance, to carry out the rescue, according to the staff of the foreign affairs office.
