Shantui Import & Export Co., Ltd. Provided Training for Marketing Personnel

To strengthen product knowledge learning of overseas marketing personnel and to better service overseas' customers, Shantui Import & Export Co., Ltd. and relevant units such as Bulldozer Division and Road Machinery Company recently provided two-day product knowledge training for marketing personnel who would go to overseas soon. Training was mainly about such products as Bulldozers, Road Rollers, forklifts and Excavators.

This training adopted the form of combining theoretical knowledge and practice instead of only theoretical knowledge. Explanation around Vehicles and driving in person made marketing personnel gain a better understanding of product performance characteristics, which laid a solid basis for future market expansion. This training adopted the small class system and was conducted alternately in four factories, which ensured training effect and enhanced efficiency. It won unanimous praise and received good feedback from trainees.
