SHANTUI European Service Tour comes to Successful Conclusion

　

 

Shantui (U.S.) Company invited SHANTUI's global service technology experts Mr.Dawson to visit the European market recently, did the systematic and professional product skills training for SHANTUI's new agents and customers. Training content is mainly CE-type Bulldozer product operation and daily maintenance. During the training, Mr.Dawson did the technical exchanges with engineers from the agent, answered a lot of the questions raised by the service staff, which obtained the customers' high praise.

 

Shantui (U.S.) Company attaches great importance to product and service work, at the beginning of this year they did the first round of the after sales service for European market. This is the second time for 2016 targeted service activities. The training, not only to enhance the technical staff of the local service level of the European region, but also to enhance SHANTUI's visibility in the European market.
