Shantui signed channel cooperation agreement with Russian dealer

　

On May 24-25, the “S” company which is the sole dealer of Shantui in Russia visited Shantui headquarter and had a meeting with executives of Shantui. During the meeting, both sides elaborated and exchanged ideas in depth on how to regulate the sales channels in 2016. Meanwhile, further cooperation and steps of the SKD project were also discussed.

After meeting, Chairman of Shantui Mr Zhang, together with SIT company representatives signed the trademark authorization agreement. This is another big breakthrough after Shantui authorizing the “S” company as the sole dealer in the channel construction in Russia. This agreement will protect Shantui sales channels in Russia from impacting of non-formal channels and standardize the market price, boosting Shantui brand image. The “S” company express that they will actively maintain Shantui brand reputation in Russia to expand sales network. They will strengthen cooperation with Shantui to seek long-term steady development.
