3rd Dealer Service Training Session of Shantui (Dubai) Company Completed Successfully

　



 

Recently, the 2016 Dealer Service Training Session of Shantui (Dubai) Company was completed successfully at Shantui (Dubai) Parts and Service Training Center. This training session is the third dealer service training session organized by Shantui (Dubai) Company since 2014. The service personnel of 34 dealers from 9 countries, including Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria, attended this training session.

 

Shantui (Dubai) Company elaborately designed and arranged the training courses and adopted the combination mode of theory and field practice to complete this training session, in which the design of training courses and practice arrangement were better consistent with the service characteristics of equipment in Middle East. Featuring high specialty and easy acceptability, with the Shantui’s global service expert Mr. Dawson as chief trainer and the Service Manager Fareed and the Spare Parts Manager Zuo Na as assistant trainers, the entire training session covered the daily maintenances and common malfunction troubleshooting for the products, including Bulldozer, Excavator, loader, and motor Grader, and introduced in details the Shantui’s operation system of two modules (spare parts and services) to the trainees. In terms of the critical part training, Shantui took the lead to realize the training mode of dispatching engineers to Dubai for field training among the domestic manufacturers, which played a significant driving role for improving the repair skills of dealers’ service engineers.

 

This training, while promoting the service capability of dealers in Middle East and North Africa, accumulated precious experiences for Shantui’s better development of overseas dealer service training and laid a foundation for better exploitation of Middle East and North Africa markets.
