2016 is the first year of the “13th five-year plan” period. At the critical period of Chinese economic transformation and upgrade, construction machinery industry also embraces a key moment of development – On April 1, Stage-III Emission Standard of Non-road Mobile Machinery will be formally implemented and China’s engineering machinery industry will come into an era of “National Stage-III Standard”. Though the leap from “National Stage-II Standard’ to “National Stage-III Standard’ seems technically simple, it may bring an effect of “a slight move in one part may affect the situation as a whole.” Accumulation of technologies in energy saving field will become the key to the success of upgrading “National Stage-III Standard”. SDLG, who is world-famous for its energy product in China’s engineering machinery industry, has rich experience in energy saving technology research and development; when the whole industry is trying to enter an era of “National Stage-III Standard”, SDLG has become the first engineering machinery enterprise whose loader meets Stage-IV emission standard and passes the CE certification of EU and North America once only. Based on successful application of previous two generations of energy saving products in Chinese infrastructure construction, all products of SDLG have met National Stage-III Emission Standard in advance, leading the energy saving era of engineering machinery.
In China’s engineering machinery industry, SDLG is the first enterprise to make technical study on energy saving and emission reduction. In 2007, SDLG formally started the R&D project of energy saving and emission reduction and successfully launched the first generation of energy-saving loader series product in August 2009, with energy-saving effect higher than 10%. The first generation of energy-saving products were widely accepted in the market and widely acclaimed by customers and their production and marketing volume exceeded 10,000 sets in less than one year. The second generation of energy-saving products launched in 2012 won a better reputation for SDLG and became typical energy-saving products in China’s engineering machinery industry.
On September 22, 2015, during the event of engineering machinery industry -- BICES 2015, SDLG officially launched three new featured products of “F series”, including L968F loader, L956F loader and E6360F

In the new products of “F series” launched this time, all
Excavators were equipped with imported Tier3 engines, perfectly combining efficient dynamics with energy saving & emission reduction and having the advantages such as low noise and high reliability, etc.; hydraulic and pump control systems were completely upgraded and their accuracy, sensitivity and degree of automation were significantly improved; at the aspect of human-machine interaction, GPS positioning and remote monitoring module were imported, greatly facilitating overall management and diagnosis & maintenance work of the owner and improving work efficiency from management to avoid empty driving and reduce emission. Compared with last generation of products, performance of “F series” excavator was comprehensively improved and its product quality and machine life were all up to leading industry level.
If we say, outstanding performance of SDLG’s medium and small tonnage products in energy saving and emission reduction continues SDLG’s long-standing advantages, launching of large-tonnage energy-saving products demonstrates SDLG’s strong energy saving technology. As one of the domestic loaders with the largest tonnage, L9120F loader is equipped with special power D13 electric engine of SDLG, meeting Stage-III Emission Standard and having the features of low speed and high torque, strong power, high reliability and the advantage of low fuel consumption. It is equipped with HT305 fixed-shaft electro-hydraulic shift transmission and AWB50B wet driving axle with brakes, featuring high reliability and convenient flexible manipulation. Machine life of the product can be as long as 10000h or longer, particularly suited for heavy-duty situations such as mine and port.
SDLG E6360F excavator is equipped with the 13L Stage-III emission engine VOLVO specially designs for SDLG, which, matched with hydraulic system, reaches its optimal status and its component life can be as long as 10000h or longer. Its reliability, work efficiency, oil consumption and other indicators have been up to internationally advanced level.
Launching of new products of “F series” marks SDLG has made great breakthrough in energy saving and emission reduction of products, and modern appearance of the products highlights SDLG’s determination to catch up with international advanced level. “F series” products are the result of joint efforts of SDLG and European design team, absorbing European modern auto elements while inheriting dignified, simple and powerful style. “F series” products are made in more resilient radian and streamline modeling, instead of common straight line, engine hood and other parts are made with car-level punching and plate metal process and in a more modern, international and fashionable style, making SDLG products easier to identify in the same type of products and making them more pretty. New design brings more comfortable experience and cab space is increased by 16% or higher, front part of the cab is made with arc glass, increasing vision breadth by 20%, reducing noise by 15% or more. Indoor environment of cab meets EU standard, ensuring comfort even after long-time operation. Engine hood is made with car-level plate metal and punching process and spot welding process, having greater improvement in strength, stiffness, sealing, noise reduction and heat dissipation. The engine hood has a large opening, facilitating its maintenance and repair.
